Jayelles Bistro at the Farriers Forge opens Washington Village

Jayelle's Bistro has now opened in the old blacksmith's building in Washington Village (previously home to the Blacksmith's Table restaurant)

Can't wait to check it out.  Not sure about the name though - what is it Jayelles Bistro or Farriers Forge - it can't be both surely.  The latter sounds like one of those dodgy dishes on the previous owner's menu.  Jayelles Bistro by itself would have been fine.  They could have opted for the Blacksmiths Chyebble - as it has been known locally for years.
